Repairs and Setup
Sound not working? Installed software not doing what it should. Can't get your cable modem working - Let us help!
There is a charge of $75 (flat fee) for a service call and estimate. Generally, 99% of computer problems can be fixed with this one charge. We know that fixing your computer shouldn't cost as much as fixing your car, so we do everything we can without adding additional fees. However if parts installation or peripheral/software setup are required there may be an additional charge. We will do an estimate for you if that occurs. At that time you can decide whether to go forward with the repair or choose to have it repaired elsewhere.
We can do the work at your location, or if it is more convenient we'll simply pick up your machine and work on it in our shop. (the $75 minimum charge applies to location work and pick-ups. If further parts are required, we will give you an estimate before any work is done.) Many times we can have the machine returned and re-installed within 48 hours.
